Fees are paid by the applicant directly to Rospatent. Basic rates (excluding benefits):

Tax benefits (50–70%) apply to pensioners, disabled people, scientific and educational organizations, subject to established conditions. Current rates are published on the Rospatent website; Before submitting an application, we check them and include the calculation in the estimate.
