For a preliminary assessment, a brief description of the task is sufficient:
- Patenting is the essence of a technical solution (in general terms, without disclosing details until a confidentiality agreement is signed).
- Trademark - designation and list of goods/services that you plan to label.
- Computer program - name, purpose, copyright holder.
- Disputes and agreements - copies of existing documents (patents, certificates, agreements, claims).
